Camping
Wind Creek State Park is home to one of the largest state-operated campgrounds in the United States, having 586 campsites. All campsites have water and electrical hook ups. We have 157 sites that are waterfront, and 268 sites have sewer hook ups.
Bathhouses are located throughout the campground with 2 laundry facilities on the park. One is located at the marina and the other at B-1 bathhouse.
Check in time for all campground reservations is 4 p.m. Contact park office to verify if your site is available.
Premium Section
The park's 39 renovated sites have 16 ft wide and 60 ft long concrete pads. Site amenities include; water, sewer, 50 or 30 amp electrical, waterfront access, and TV service. These sites are available for online reservations (link temporarily disabled) or in person anytime. Some restrictions apply (listed on home page).
Camping Rates
Rates are for 1-4 people. There will be a $2.20 charge for each additional person per night. Maximum of 8 people per site. Only 1 extra tent for dependent children under the age of 18 can be erected for an additional $5.50+tax per night. Above rules apply. Rates are subject to change without notice.
