First Day Hike: Hike to the Top of Alabama
Start your new year off right by enjoying the beauty of Cheaha State Park! This one-mile hike will begin at the Vista Cliffside overlook and end at the Bunker Observation Tower, Alabama's highest point. Conquer Cheaha Mountain as you learn about plants, animals, Native American culture, Civilian Conservation Corps (CCC) legacy, and the Seven Principles of Leave No Trace during this engaging interpretive First Day Hike.
