The Nature Center
The Nature Center was established in March of 2014 by donations of time, resources, and money from individuals, park employees, local organizations, businesses, and the University Of Alabama Museum of Natural History.
The center features a variety of bird and wildlife mounts, and educational information relating to our region. Schools and other groups are encouraged to use this facility for class programs.
Hours of Operation:
- March - November
- Friday - Sunday 8 AM- 5 PM
- Any time upon request
- No food or drinks
- No smoking
- Do Not Touch Wildlife Displays
