Guided Kayaking Trip

Have you ever wanted to venture out on the lake but never wanted to alone? Now is your chance to take a guided kayaking adventure with the Park Naturalist! Prior to leaving the banks of the lake, you will learn all about paddling safely while out on the water, and what to expect while you are out there! As you paddle along the shoreline of Town Creek, you will learn about the general history of the park and the animals that inhabit the less explored portion.
We will spend roughly two hours on the water and cover about 2 miles of shoreline. Make sure you have sunscreen & water!
We have both single and tandem kayaks to rent, but you are welcome to bring your personal kayak or canoe at no charge. You must have life jackets on board for all persons in the vessel!
Singles - $34 for 2 hours
Tandem - $40 for 2 hours
You must preregister for this program by the Friday before the event!
