Press ReleaseShoal Creek Preserve Opens June 24 for Public UseJune 22, 2005 The Forever Wild Land Trust’s Shoal Creek Preserve Tract will be open to the public beginning June 24. The tract, which is in Beginning Friday, June 24 the parking lot will open daily 1 hour and 30 minutes before sunrise and close 1 hour and 30 minutes after sunset. This tract is managed under a multiple-use philosophy for traditional recreational activities and has a 4.5-mile loop hiking trail and 2.0-mile loop horseback riding trail.
