CFY Package (Catering for you) Minimum of 25 people-  Base price of $9.00 per person includes:

Server/set up fees, park entrance fee,  White tablecloths on all tables,  Punch & water, Vegetable Cascade, Cheese and Cracker Display, Fruit Cascade.  (tax will be added to the final total) 

The items below may be added to the above package at a per person price. 
The following is a list of items you may choose at an additional cost per person per item

 $ 1.50 per person per item:

  • Cold or Hot Spinach Dip and Chips
  • Pasta Salad
  • Corn Salad
  • Corn Bread Salad
  • Potato Salad

 $ 2.15 per person per item:

  • Finger Sandwiches
  • Cheese Dip (cheddar) with chips
  • Cookies: Peanut Butter or Chocolate Chip
  • Homemade Potato Chips (served Hot) and French Onion Dip

$ 3.00 per person per item:

  • BBQ Meatballs
  • Sausage Balls or  Cocktail sausages
  • Cesar Salad
  • Mixed Greens with Raspberry Vinaigrette and Nuts
  • Fried Green Tomatoes with Ranch
  • Popcorn Chicken
  • Popcorn Shrimp
  • Chicken Salad with crackers
  • Chicken Almond and Grape Salad with Assorted Bread

$ 5.00 per person per item:
 Sandwich Station - Sliced Ham, Turkey, Roast Beef, Swiss Cheese, American Cheese Assorted Bread and Condiments.

Tea, Coffee & Lemonade

  • Fried Chicken, with Rolls
  • Pulled BBQ Pork with Rolls or buns

Redvelvet cake & Banna Pudding

Wedding cake service - cutting, serving, plates, forks, napkins $2.00 per person (you provide cake).

PLEASE NOTE: Items priced "per person" - All left over food belongs to Cheaha Restaurant and will be taken away after the 2-hour service. This menu is an eat at event menu.

Outside Catering is allowed by guest (not professional catering companies) at the park pavilions and the Bald Rock Lodge.  Exclusive Catering Rights Reserved by Cheaha State Park inside Cheaha State Park.
• Alcoholic Beverages cannot be served, sold or drunk at the pavilions.
• We do not supply items to serve any items not prepared by our staff. You will need to serve and set up on separate table. 
• White Table cloths are included in the prices.
• Menu selection must be received and paid in full no later than 14 days before arrival. Contract has to be approved and returned before event is confirmed. 
• We serve for two (2) hours and charge for extra hours of service, these hours must be preapproved.
• All menus/banquets must be prepaid or we will not confirm the event. 
• All prices subject to 6% sales tax
• All prices include serving utensils to serve items purchased from us; we do not supply printed Napkins.
