 Forest & Field: Journal Journey

Join naturalists and artists for this creative nature observation hike, combining art & nature! The focus of this nature walk is to reflect your observations of nature using a personal journaling style…..in many different ways! Learn how to keep your own nature journal while strolling along trails in DeSoto State Park. On this hike, we will individually follow the instructions on the signs along the trail to participate in a variety of nature journaling activities. At the end of the path, the entire group will meet up to share our experiences before we hike back.

Art materials are provided, just bring along your favorite notebook. Watch for other events in this series: each one will be different and seasonal!
