Rickwood Caverns has one activity room for rent. This room has three (3) six ft. (6 ft.) serving tables, and fifteen (15) dining tables with 46 chairs.
Renter provided grill is allowed outside this building. The room is heated and air conditioned with electrical outlets located around the room. Water and ice are available. Also an outside water spigot is located at the back of the building.
Garbage cans are provided with extra liners. Renter is responsible for bagging all garbage and leaving the room in the same condition as it was.
The time period for use is 10:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
The cost to reserve the Activity Room is $150.00 per day paid in advance. The rental time can be extended for $25.00/hour up to 8:00 p.m. This price does not include the per person park entrance fee. After booking the room, the renter has five (5) days to make payment, either by mail, credit card or coming to the park.
Entrance fee costs are as follows:
Persons 6 and up $ 1.00
Children 5 years and under No Charge with Parents
With park management approval, special arrangements may be made to pay the park entrance fee at one time. This is only allowed for large groups and each person must present a ticket (provided by the renter) to the gate attendant when entering the park. Management must preapprove tickets two weeks before event or at time of reservation.
Amplified musical equipment is not allowed unless approved by the park management.
Caterers are allowed in the park, to include "Moon Walks" and similar items with approval of park management.
