Lakeside Cottages 

Lakepoint Resort State Park has eight new lakeside cottages.  These upscale cottages were designed for the most discriminating taste. The eight cottages include: 2 one-bedroom, 2 two-bedroom, 2 three-bedroom and 2 four-bedroom duplexes. Each provides living rooms with hardwood floors, slate tile kitchens, baths, carpeted bedrooms and porches with rocking chairs that overlook Lake Eufaula. The one bedroom cottage has a queen size bed and 1 bathroom; two bedroom cottage has 1 queen size bed, 2 twin beds and 1 bathroom; three bedroom cottage has 2 queen beds, two twins and 1 1/2 baths; four bedroom cottage has 2 queen beds, 4 twins and 2 bathrooms.
 

The two, three and four bedroom cottage kitchens are fully equipped with cooking and eating utensils, toaster, coffee pot, microwaves and dishwashers. The beautiful granite counter tops extend into a bar provided with bar stools for dining.

The one-bedroom cottages have fully-equipped efficiency kitchens, with a table and 4 chairs for dining.  (no dishwasher in the one-bedroom cottages.)

The cottages are furnished with TV’s with DVD/VCR players, clock radios with alarms, telephones, hair dryers, irons and ironing boards.

Each cottage is provided with charcoal grills, outside electrical outlets for charging boat batteries.

ALLCOTTAGES ARE NON SMOKING AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.  GUEST THAT DISMISS THESE GUIDELINES WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE CHARGED A $100 CLEANING FEE

A 2 night minimum is required on all cottages and a 3 night minimum on major holidays.

CHECK IN TIME FOR A COTTAGE IS ANYTIME AFTER 4:00 PM.  CHECK OUT IS AT 11:00 AM.

Handicap Accessible: Half of each four bedroom duplex cottage is handicap accessible with ramps and roll-in showers.

CANCELLATION POLICY IS 7 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL

Discounts:
Hotels and Cabins – A 15% discount is available for all senior citizens (62+) and 100% disabled persons or government personnel, during the months of November thru February.  This discount will be 10% Sunday thru Thursday nights from March thru October. Currently no discounts available on lake cottages

Discounts are not available in conjunction with group rates, special packages, or other discounts and or holidays. Proof of age, 100% disability, or government employment is required.

Fully-equiped Kitchen in the one-bedroom cottage includes stove, microwave, coffee-maker and a small refrigerator.
